Artist Lofts
Loomis Hall artists' lofts are in a wonderful remodeled building (built in 1903) in downtown Blaine, and in its interesting past, was once an opera house. Artists work in their own private and open studio spaces and take advantage of discussion critique and collaboration. This space is unique because an artist creates, displays, discusses and sells his or her artwork in their own loft spaces. Not only can you get a first hand look at the artistic process, you can find out the story behind the artist and their work. The artists also have support services available to them all in one place. We carefully select established and emerging quality artists by a juried process. If you are an artist and wish to become a part of this creative group, don't wait. History tells us that art spaces are leased very rapidly and waiting lists can be pages long.
Artists Lofts include:
- Contemporary private, temperature controlled suites/lofts
- Most lofts have breathtaking water or mountain views

- 24-hour secured / monitored access to Loomis Hall

- Access to business machines and support services**
- Use of our kitchen and lunch room facilities
